The code of the Sheet Generator is freely available. Once you have it installed you can configure: view, create, modify and delete permissions on Sheets.

sheet.view = Anonymous
sheet.create = Member
sheet.modify = Admin,God,Owner
sheet.delete = Admin,God,Owner
