Creating new Sheets isn't too hard to do indeed. Most work are new features and for those it's hard to find the right amount of time. Sheets with no additional features are pretty easily made. I already added Wraith: the Oblivion and I will add additional oWoD sheets throughout the weekend.

The Wraith: the Oblivion sheet is available on here, but it is also available as a downloadable Sheet should you decide to host your own version of the Sheet Generator. You can find that version at the Downloads page.
