For specialties, a test area would work best. I like the idea of a place on the line between the skill and the dots, but what happens when you have many specialties for one skill? So, a seperate test area might be best, perhaps liberating some space from the 'Flaws' area.

I missed that delete button before. I just found it, but when I tried to use it, I got this message: "Incorrect Argument for Delete dispatcher." However the sheet was deleted.
