BACKGROUND: Agent Jeanne Lovegood began her long career as a Crime Scene Investigator. Her days were spent poring over photos, cadavers, and photos of cadavers. She grew more detached from these experiences, beginning to see people as little mysteries to be solved.
Using her expertise on her resume, Jeanne was accepted into the FBI as a detective and crime scene analyst. As an FBI agent, Jeanne was exposed to the supernatural. Contact with a ghost at a crime scene awakened her psychic abilities, and from then it was only a matter of time before her recruitment into VASCU.
Performance enhancing drugs honed Agent Lovegood's psychic powers to impressive levels, allowing her to recreate crime scenes in her mind to determine the real events that occurred there. She has since become addicted to them, which is not uncommon among VASCU agents. Martin, head of a special unit, picked her as a protege, and taught her some methods of controlling and hunting the supernaturals that VASCU agents regularly work with. When he disappeared, it was a simple choice to give control of the SSS to Jeanne Lovegood, for she was close to Martin and knew some of his tricks.

PERSONALITY: The model of career-oriented, Jeanne has no family to speak of, nor any aspirations of such. Her demeanor is cool, curt, and professional, and her modest choice of clothing reflects this. At home at murder scenes, this woman is unshakeable and borderline sociopathic -- she really doesn't care about people for anything other than completing her assignment. This, obviously, leaves a big hole in her heart that she tries to keep filled with the constant demands of a busy career.

APPEARANCE: Agent Lovegood dresses professionally even when not at work. Her shoulderlength hair is kept tightly in a bun. She wears glasses. Of American descent, she has a Pacific Northwest accent, brown hair, brown eyes, and pale white skin.
