Envious: Your character is blinded by envy—envy of a person or a group, or envy for a thing. Her envy is so strong it prevents her from seeing clearly and leads him into fruitless attacks on the object of her envy. Regain a Willpower point when she spends time in a scene persecuting the object of her envy.

Wizened Blessing, Nimble (CtL p121): one point Glamour to gain 9-again on Dexterity rolls for the scene; one point Glamour to add Wyrd dots to Dodge total (usually Defx2) for the scene.

Wizened Curse, Spiteful (CtL p121): no 10-again rule on Presence rolls; -2 penalty on unskilled Social rolls instead of normal -1.

Chirurgeon's Blessing, Analeptic Charm (CtL p122): benefits from the 9-again rule on Medicine rolls; no equipment penalties for poor or jury-rigged tools; patients get benefit as per ICU treatment (downgrades one wound per day, WoD p61).
