Klo Reivier was born to Lei Harlo and Keil Reivier in district 1. Klo has no sisters or brothers. She is stealthy, very athletic and manipulates people to get her way. Her parents were the finest jewel crafters in district 1. Her best friend was reaped and started crying so to end the embarrassment she volunteered. Her friend was always weak and scared and would only bring on embarrassment to the district. Klo's father would often practice jewel making and weapon training with her even if it was frowned upon for tributes to train.

Description: Klo is a tall slender girl with long dark hair. She often wears it in a pony tail. She has rosy red cheeks and pale skin. Lots of men find her attractive and its easiest for her to manipulate guys. Her favorite color is forest green so you will find her wearing that a lot. She doesn't believe in wearing makeup as she feels she is already beautiful. She stands at 5'4 and is very petite for her age.

Her eyes are deep brown. Her face is freckled and you can almost always find her with a smile on her face. Her token is a jewel encrusted bracelet that she wears around her arm at all times.

She is slightly arrogant but mostly nice. She enjoys playing sports. At school her favorite subject is learning about the history of panem. She dreams of being a victor and bringing pride to her district.
