Nathan looks 28 years old, which was the age he was when he was embraced. If he was still aging he would be about 111. He was spent the last 83 years learning from those around him and struggling to master his disciplines. Every day that goes buy Nathan finds he is a bit more mature, a bit wiser, and a bit more prepared for what ever comes his way. But even with this new found knowledge he can't seem to shake the argent attitude he cared as a mortal. So sure of himself, so above the others, even some of those older and wiser then himself.


Nathan was born with from money. His father owned and was head partner in the 2nd largest lawyer firm in Washington, DC. Despite how well his father seemed to care less about being number one it ate at Nathan daily. Nathan was always looking for that next big face to represent. He wanted to make a name for himself to step out from the shadow of his father. Nathan was a golden boy growing up, high marks in school, Ivy league College, fancy car and beautiful women. He never seem to grow out of either. He loved his status growing up and he loves his status even more now that age isn't a factor for him. Nathans father died two weeks after Nathan entered Harvard University. He was gunned down and killed by the brother of a victim that had been shot over and over again by a known drug pusher know to traffic his product through Baltimore, MD. After Nathans father had gotten the man off for the 3rd time, the man took justice into his own hands killing the drug-lord as well as Nathans father.
Nathan went on to seek out revenge in his own manner after graduation.

Nathan has been known all his life as the smart ass, clever rich boy. The problem with that stigmata is that Nathan would be smart ass without money. He is very clever and he seems to have an extremely tight grip on his emotions. He is not easily angered but on the freak chance that you do push him, he is quick to settle his problems and not always privately.

Nathan was first introduced into the supernatural world during his years at Harvard. After a frat party he stumbled into an abandoned house with a special young lady for some after party fun, however he barged in at some sort of Magic the Gathering party. Quite drunk and buzzing off white powder Nathan worked his usual magic with money and his silver tongue, only that wasn't enough to get him out of trouble this time. He was in much deeper then he realized and if you ask him how the night ended he still couldn't tell you. At least not word for word. We lost consciousness and awoke in the park, hung over and a bit sore.
Some years later Nathan meet up with an old girlfriend from that party. Her name was Clair O'Brien. She was still just as beautiful as he remembers, and she didn't look a day older then when they were in school together. That night we was told a story, one he would never forget. About the way of the Vampire and the life that she lived. He was given a choice. A choice that many are not given. She offered to share with him her blessing, her joy and her eternal life.

Nathan was afraid at first, unsure if she was crazy, or if he was dreaming so he ran as far away as he could. Only she followed. She never approached him but she was always there, he could feel her on the nights he worked late. Or the ride home. Or on the flights out of the country. Always he just knew she was there. 4 months after his 28th birthday he saw her again. Standing on his porch. She stood waiting for him and he realized it was more then fate that kept her around him. After a long night together again he asked her to give him two weeks and then to come to him again.

In those two weeks he handed his company down, paid off the many debts he had along with a few mouths he owed and waited at home for her each night alone. She showed up on that night just like she said she would and asked him again if he wanted her life. He explained to her that he did, and that he welcomed everything she had to offer.

As she took him and his body gave way to his new life the pain that ran through his body was intense yet he smile all the while. He felt burning in his blood like never before yet he hungered for more. He knew inside, deep down that this was what he had always wanted. The only thing in life he had ever feared was death. The thought of growing old and not reaching your life goal. That was something he had found a way to over come and he welcomed it with open arms.


Many weeks went by before Nathan ask Clair the big questions...."were they alone"..Clair explained the chain of command to Nathan and explained to him that he was one of many. That he had a role to play like everyone else and that he must do his part. Nathan was never one for playing by the rules but he agreed. It was then she introduced him to The Prince of Washington, DC. It was not the welcome he had wanted. Infact for 2 1/2 years he was pushed out and forced to do dirt work, which angered him but again he controlled himself. He did what he must to learn and watch the inner workings of the society. Finally he was taken in and allowed some small favors within the DC groups. his talents were known and he was proud once again. Things had started to pay off.

Over time Clair explained to him about his Clan and what is was to be a Ventrue. He also explained his Covenant and the honor that game with being a member of The Invictus. Nathan only saw the glory in how and what he was. He realized he was taken in to lead at some point. He would do what he must to reach the top and one day control his own city and make his own laws and have others bow before him. It was in this thought that Nathan made his first mistake.

After speaking with Clair over then next couple of years she tried and tried to make him see the way that things worked, this did not set well with Nathan and he came to view her as a threat to his plans. After 3 more years of playing the game Nathan came in contact with a werewolf that he befriended and convinced to do his dirty work. He set Clair and 3 other members up to be murdered by this wolf and his pack. And this is when Nathan became an unwelcome guest in DC. Once word that Nathan knew these wolves and had dealing with them many eyes turned to him for some answers. He did his part and turned on the wolves and they paid the price for his ideas. But that wasn't enough for the Prince. He believed Nathan had more to do with what had happened then he was leading everyone to believe and because of this Nathan though it best to leave town. He went to Russia for awhile then to Japan, then he came back to the states. Even after 7 years he was not wanted back in DC and word spread to him quickly. He then took flight and ended up in Denver. He as been in Denver for 2 weeks and has yet to meet the Prince or any other of his kind.

Being knew has its ups and a lot of downs. But anything had to be better then DC right now. That was for sure.
