City of Blood is a fictional city based within the Gothic Punk classic Horror of Vampire the Masquerade. Within this city you will find all factions of kindred society playing upon the strings of mortal society.
The City has a Law that says " None shall make open war upon another, lest their eternal life be forfeit, to uphold the accord of peace."
So basically don't get caught if you do choose such actions.
This is a game of dark politics were you never know who is on what side in the end.
